Anderwerks Motorrad Spezialist is Canada's largest independent BMW service, repair, restoration, and performance tuning facility. Anderwerks has four journeymen motorcycle technicians with Munich Factory training working full time to provide trusted, specialized and much needed service in Calgary and area.

Dave Anderson

Dave is Anderwerks owner and operator.  He created Anderwerks when there was no recognized trade for motorcycle mechanics in the province of Alberta. In 1981, Dave had the opportunity to fly to Germany and work a small shop in Neuss where he attended BMW training school and received his 1st certification.  Once back in Calgary, he was one of several mechanics whom assisted in setting the format for training motorcycle mechanics as a trade for the province of Alberta. Dave traveled to Germany periodically to keep updated with BMW motorcycles and continues to do so today.

Anderwerks started with a small dream in a heated double garage in 1982.  With hard work, and practicing trusted, excellent service, 30 years later Anderwerks has grown to fill a 3800 square foot shop and services hundreds of satisfied customers every year.

Dave has been riding BMW motorcycles since 1977 and working on them exclusively since 1981.  He is a member of the BMW MOA and BMW RA since 1977, two international clubs promoting BMW motorcycles.
